HSBA Program
Sponsored by the City of Henderson, this program offers selected businesses up to six months of targeted technical assistance to strengthen operations, increase visibility, and support sustainable growth. Participants receive practical support in media training, funding readiness, grant writing, marketing strategy, operations, web development, custom geographic information system (GIS) data, legal compliance, and more.
Selected businesses also receive free materials to participate in the Henderson Chamber's Ready, Set, Expo, along with a one-year Henderson Chamber membership. At the program’s closing event, the ten businesses selected for and successfully completing the HSBA Program will receive a $5,000 grant for marketing or other approved services provided by registered NV Grow vendors.

The HSBA Program is a no-cost, competitive program that helps local business owners build stronger, more resilient companies. Selected participants will be paired with an NV Grow counselor to develop a Resiliency Work Plan, a personalized roadmap that identifies key business challenges, growth priorities, and measurable milestones.
Throughout the program, participants will attend core workshops led by subject matter experts in areas such as marketing, GIS data, media relations, IT and operations, legal, finance, and customer strategy. This blend of structured group learning and personalized advising ensures each business receives the guidance, resources, and support needed to move forward with confidence.
