Sponsored by the City of Henderson, this program offers up to six months of high-level technical assistance from skilled providers in various areas, including strategic cash flow management, federal tax essentials, media training, custom geographic information system data, marketing services, website strategy, venture capital leads, grant writing assistance, and more.
In addition to receiving free materials for participating in the Henderson Chamber's Ready, Set, Expo to showcase their business, and a one-year membership to the Henderson Chamber, the ten businesses selected for and successfully completing the program will receive $5,000 grants at the program's closing event. These grants can be used for marketing or other services provided by existing industry experts registered as NV Grow vendors.

The Henderson Small Business Assistance Program is a no-cost, competitive program designed to help local business owners grow stronger, more resilient companies. Business owners selected for the program will be paired with an NV Grow counselor to create a Resiliency Work Plan, a personalized roadmap to address key business challenges and identify milestones for growth. At the core of the program are bi-weekly, in-person and virtual workshops led by subject matter experts, covering areas like marketing, GIS data, media relations, operations, finance, and customer strategy.
These sessions are designed to complement your Resiliency Work Plan and provide practical tools you can apply immediately. NV Grow counselors will provide one-on-one support and targeted technical assistance throughout the program, aligning their guidance with the needs outlined in each business's Resiliency Work Plan. This combination of structured group learning and personalized advising helps ensure that every participating business gets the attention and resources it needs to move forward.
